Product Review: Great service and quality for the the price!
We ordered this set of bunk beds for our 2 year old child. We are pregnant with our second son and the plan is that they both sleep on these in a few years time. We found these to be a lot cheaper than others, so knew we were taking a risk, but decided to go for it after reading the other reviews. We ordered them on the Thursday and got an email almost immediately confirming that they will arrive over the weekend and we will be given 24 hours notice. They arrived on the Sunday and we were given exactly 24 hours notice. We didn't get an opportunity to start unpacking everything until the following Sat and unfortunately we found a couple of pieces that were damaged. I emailed the supplier on Sat afternoon, he immediately emailed back saying the parts will be replaced the next day and they will assemble the beds free of charge. They arrived at 8.00am in the morning and were gone by 10am. It saved us a lot of hassle. The matresses are also fairly slim but will last a good few years...
