• This beautiful hand waxed 6ftx 30" bookcase has five adjustable shelves and is handcrafted here in our own Yorkshire workshops using only first grade slow-grown Swedish pine. Despite it's special low introductory price this is not a flat pack and no home assembly is required here- even the cabinet backs are built using solid tongue & groove timber. All our bookcase are expertly buffed to a glowing shine and available in our Kennelworth Oak Wax blend as pictured

Product Review: Excellent quality and value
We were looking for a large bookcase to keep all of our 'serious' books together, rather than scattered around the house. The books are heavy and the bookcases were for the lounge so I wanted a better quality than my usual chipboard flatpack ones. I bought 2 of these and really like the appearance and quality. The bookcases are made from wood. This includes the back which should mean that it will not bend backwards over time. All shelves are adjustable. The company were very good at keeping in touch and letting me know the progress. They also sent samples so I could select the final stain. The bookcases were delivered quickly and, as they are already built, I could start loading them immediately. The price was not a whole lot more than if I had bought a flatpack equivalent. Very pleased.
